You can purchase either as a one off or as a subscription. The prices do vary depending on whether you subscribe or how many months you pre pay for. We ship our boxes throughout the month in three batches. Batch A ships by the 14th, Batch B by the 19th and Batch C by the 24th. These are subject to change and you will be informed if your box is going to be late, we are often a lot earlier than these dates. If your box is a gift please let us know and we can send a card to arrive either for the occasion or we can include it in the box.

To receive the current month’s box you need to place your order by the 15th of the month. Please note The Vikki’s Box and the Mixed Brownie Box only ship once a month.

Delivery is FREE on all subscription boxes and is £2.99 on all one off purchases. All purchases travel with first class Royal Mail. UK only.

No – unfortunately we have many different ingredients in our kitchens and cannot guarantee that there is not a trace of any allergens. We do list all ingredients on our packaging but cannot guarantee that a trace is not present. If you would like further information please email [email protected] Please note that our Vegan boxes are not suitable for those with an allergy to milk or eggs as they are made in our kitchen which handles both.

Everything is freshly baked and is best enjoyed as soon as possible. However, many of the bakes can be frozen. The brownies (if you can resist!) are especially suitable for freezing. If you have any questions, please get in touch. To keep your cakes as fresh as possible store in a cool dark place, or, in very warm weather, in the fridge and bring to room temperature to enjoy.

The Classic box is 235x165x30mm and the Cake for One box is 160x120x30mm. The Family box is 345x240x30mm – Box sizes increased June 2021 and are now extra deep!

If you would like a handwritten card then please add a gift card to your order. If your order is for a gift then just let us know your message by clicking the ‘this is a gift button’ as you proceed through the checkout process and adding a note in the box. If you don’t add a card then your message will be printed on a postcard in the box.

All our boxes are letterbox friendly, except our Sharing box and Celebration Brownies and Cakes. All boxes are sent 1st Class Royal Mail and the Celebration boxes are sent with tracking. ALL BOXES are now scanned as they go through your letterbox for added peace of mind for you and me!

Our bakes are all handmade by us from scratch and are super fresh. We bake and post in small batches to ensure our bakes have a shelf-life between 4-10 days. They all come with a full list of ingredients, allergens and a best before date. Each bake is individually wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible. Please store in a cool dark place to maximise freshness. Any bakes that would be best popped in the fridge will have this on their label.
