September’s Flavours

Millionaires Cake
Soft sponge with a layer of salted caramel and a rich chocolate buttercream. Everything you love about a millionaires shortbread, in cake form.

Cinnamon Cake with Brown Butter Icing
A warmly spiced cinnamon sponge finished with a nutty brown butter icing. One of my favourites this year.

Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Chips
A classic vanilla sponge studded with chocolate chips and finished with a vanilla buttercream. Very hard to say no to.

Almond Brownie
A dense, fudgy dark chocolate brownie with almonds running through it. Nutty, rich, and deeply satisfying.

Ginger Brownie
A dark chocolate brownie with stem ginger running through it. Warm, slightly spicy, and a little bit addictive.

Cherry White Chocolate Brownie
A white chocolate brownie with a swirl of cherry conserve. Sweet, fruity, and gooey in every bite.
