August’s Flavours

Chocolate Blackberry Cake
Rich chocolate sponge with blackberry conserve and a plain buttercream. Deep and fruity with a proper chocolatey finish.

Strawberry Victoria Sandwich
A classic Victoria sandwich with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Simple, summery, and exactly as good as it sounds.

Spiced Honey Cake
Warm cinnamon, ginger, mixed spice and allspice in a soft sponge, finished with a honey and butter drizzle. The taste of late summer in a slice.

Espresso Brownie
A dark chocolate brownie with a proper hit of coffee running through it. Rich, intense, and very hard to stop at one.

Triple Chocolate Brownie
Dark chocolate brownie packed with dark, milk and white chocolate chips. For anyone who thinks one type of chocolate is never enough.

Hazelnut White Chocolate Brownie
A white chocolate brownie packed with hazelnuts. Sweet, nutty, and a little bit luxurious.
